Meeting women
Need a pretty face to wake up to? These are great places to get started.
- The bookstore. Believe it or not, cerebral browsing of classic mysteries can be a major turn-on. No lie. In fact, I once had a friend who ended up marrying the nighttime security guard she met
while loitering and her local Barnes and Noble!
- On free or low-cost nature hikes, bird watching meets, or stargazing events put on by local organizations -- finding a mate with like interests truly is half the battle.
- At ski lodges if it's cold, or the beach if it's warm -- whether you are dressed down or bundled up, the body heat will be scorching.
- At religious services or organizations.
- At community service events, such as soup kitchens or Earth Day cleanups
- The mall! Rather than judge them, benefit from their tribal activities and join them.
- Is it a nice afternoon? Take a book to the local park and observe the scenery.
- The gym. If you're only interested in a woman who's fit, you'll find a self-selected audience awaiting you.
- If you have some spare time, take a night or weekend class in a subject that interests you.
- The Laundromat: You have to wash those undies anyway!
- Stop by a coffee shop with wifi and bring your computer. While you are surfing the web, you may also discover some eye candy.
- Just cause it's cliché doesn't mean it doesn't work: Stop by your favorite bar during happy hour and start a conversation.
- The supermarket is a surprisingly successful meeting spot. Strike up a conversation or pretend to be looking for something. Even if you don't meet someone, you will get one chore off your list!
